Wearing the right size bra is essential not only for breast health but comfort and support, better-fitting clothes, confidence, reduced shoulder, back, breast, and neck pain, and better posture. For years I wanted a breast reduction but now that I wear the correct size and have found a variety of styles I no longer want to change my body. What should you expect? Firstly I know it can be quite daunting to have something as personal as a bra-fitting so I want to reassure you that our session is a 1-1, private and confidential. To make you feel more comfortable, I will ask you for you to be in your bra and I will be in mine while I can show you how to wear a bra correctly and how it should be fitting. During our online bra fitting, I share with you everything I know about bras but also empower you to embrace your boobs. We will discuss your past experiences with bras, factors that may have affected your fitting, and how to prepare for changes such as pregnancy, weight fluctuations, water retention, and hormonal changes. I will assess your bra size over a Zoom call by evaluating the fit of your favourite bra and I might ask things such as your usual clothing size and height to help me assess your size. Following the call, I will send you an email with my recommendations for brands and styles to try as well as a summary of my tips and any other info discussed during our session, yours to keep and revisit any time you’d like along with any exclusive discount codes and links to where to find the best price. The information you provide is essential in determining your bra size and due to how sizing varies between brands, there might be some tweaks required. This will be included in the original price. During our online bra fitting, we will discuss your past experiences with bras, factors that may have affected your fitting, and how to prepare for changes such as pregnancy, weight fluctuations, and monthly water retention. I will assess your bra size over a Zoom call by evaluating the fit of your favourite bra and making an educated assessment. Following the call, I will send you an email with my personal recommendations for brands and styles to try, along with any exclusive discount codes. The online fitting takes 30 minutes + optional 15-minute follow-up call.
